Bobby Schroeder, CPA
Senior Accountant
Bobby was born and raised in New Orleans, LA and received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of New Orleans in 2005. Prior to joining Maddox, Thomson & Associates in 2005, he worked as a staff accountant at Winston and Poole, CPAs in Metairie, LA. He became a licensed CPA in the state of Texas in 2007.
Bobby is married to Alison Schroeder, and they reside in Katy. Their first child, Molly, was born in 2008. They also live with their Beagle mix, Ross. Bobby is a member of St. Edith Stein Catholic Church and the Texas Society of CPAs – Houston Chapter.
Mona Lisa Casillas
Staff Accountant
Mona attended the University of Houston-Downtown and received her B.B.A. in Accounting in 2005 and her B.B.A. in Finance in 2007. She proudly served in the United States Army from 1993 to 1997. She then worked as a consultant in the telecommunications industry before going back to college in 2003. She joined Maddox, Thomson & Associates in 2006. Mona is currently studying for the CPA Exam. She has a daughter Maya Lael and is a member of Lakewood Church.
Rebecca Norman
Staff Accountant
Rebecca is a native Houstonian and received her B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Houston. She began her career at Ferguson Camp Poll, PC where she prepared tax returns and assisted with litigation support.
Rebecca spends her free time volunteering at the Texas Children's Hospital for Project Sunshine.
